nonono you messed up, you have to assume you hit ONE person, i dont care about the *total* pip degen, heck thats like saying panic will do a degen of like 6 pips if it hits 3 people.
w/e its still a good skill, 97 pips or not

E.Denial, even single target E.Denial is one of the best ways to shutdown a caster.
An AoE, non spell, thus unaffected by spellbreaker and obsidian flesh, E.Denial is garbage how?
Because you can't hit someone with it from half a radar away?
Or because its numbers only say 1-3 energy loss? (maxes out at 4 at 13/14 skill)
Without a recharge. Which means as fast as you can accumulate 4 adrenaline. Which at the worst, with a sword/axe toon is 5.32 seconds. At best, 2 seconds.
Yep, draining 4 energy every 2 seconds is garbage. That could be 8 energy every 2 using only 2 people running a Fear Me! build.
Thats definitely faster than a monk is regaining energy without some SERIOUS BiP or mass Channeling benefits.

Zeru you got to know that TFA/SUX has been running fear me for a long ass time and that long ass time = quite awhile considering we were the original IWAY. At leat I think you should know that.

You want to know why you've used fear me in your modded IWAY?
Because I convinced your strategist/buildmaker to put it in :P When I first played with your IWAY you had some garbage build with Tigers Fury and no charge/interrupts.
Anyway I said 'I've never seen...' as I never played with/against sux with the better IWAY setup. So yeah nice try but no.

Fear Me before the nerf was one of the best skills in the game without contest. Nerfing the range slightly does not make it useless at all. Not worth a skill slot=useless.
Quick math
Fear Me 3e- Using wand vs constant aegis with 7 warriors. Hits once every 3.5s. Under dark fury charges in 2 hits. About 18 pips, 24 if 4e. Under IWAY, 27/36 pips. That's with full aegis and using wands. Now imagine that under IWAY with constant charge speed buffs. Most teams die within a minute.

and no monks with channeling do no cancel it out, they can MAYBE get an additional 2-3 spells off. If there is no knockdowns/interrupts.
Thats if using a well coordinated Fear Me! IWAY build.

Yeah a monk doing the renewal with divine spirit, while in a herd of enemies like that and having channeling active would make the old style ether renewal cry for normal skill use opposed sustained enchantments. This is considering the energy engine would be permenant until rended at least twice.
Innate regen of at least 1e per second with spells that cost 1e and at best are used once every second while gaining 7e per cast, yeah i think someone can swing that as it were.

It would take more than just ageis to keep 7 warrriors from making kills and wearing out the opponent. I dont have a doubt that fear me accentuates that situation, but when other things like shadow of fear and soothing images gets put out it basically cripples anything caught in the aoe as the attack speed becomes slower than basic attack speed even under a boost and no adrenalin gain rendering fury pointless. I just find it sad that people couldnt manage 3 skills across 2 characters that would really slow down a large chunk of the imbound melee damage. It can go further by assuming elemental means without considering conditions, but even catching 3-4 warriors like that would be enough to turn the tide in favor for the more diverse team setup.

how can u reverse or counter 27 pips of regen?
with the skills u stated
even channelign couldnt get that much
channeling steals 1 energy per person per spell
and trust me
it doesnt work

Just as an extremely basic example -- every 4 hits Fear Me will be charged -- you hit "Fear Me" -- everyone around you loses 3 energy -- with increased attack speed that would be -3 energy to everyone around the Warrior every three seconds or so -- a single Warrior can drain anything from -3 to -24 all on his own.
Multiply that across many Warriors and it'd be devastating -- I'd imagine a skilled team could deplete an Elementalists supply in a matter of seconds.
How can you even cast a spell with no energy..??
EDIT: Get the Gamecam/Fraps running IQ -- I wanna see IWAY in it's full glory
